ROMANS 12:4-5

For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. "

Building Community, Enriching Lives

Who We Are

We're a large Christian-based community of 20s and 30s all over Greater Nashville that is open to anyone and everyone regardless of church affiliation or faith background. All are welcome to join us, and we have a set of community guidelines in place that helps us create and maintain a fun, safe, and inviting culture for everyone to feel fully welcome with us

Our Mission

We believe in the power of community and the impact it has on personal growth and fulfillment. We exist to foster thriving friendships, network opportunities, and valuable connections that will enrich lives both personally and professionally. We do this through hosting a wide range of free and paid Singles, Sports, and Socials opportunities every month that cater to different groups and interests

Come experience the spirit of togetherness and collaboration within our diverse community, where every interaction and engagement is an opportunity for growth, inspiration, and more connection

As we like to say:

"We can't spell "community" without "u" right in the middle of it"

Our Story

In March 2023, Ben Rastelli started a Zeal Church small group designed to help 20s and 30s at Zeal connect with each other more outside of Sunday mornings. The group quickly started adding friends from other churches, and ultimately all around the city, to connect organically throughout the week by playing different sports together, attending events in groups, and enjoying life together with quality friends. What started as a little group playing sports every Friday night at Centennial Park has grown to a large community consisting of a wide range of sports, hobbies, and interests! Our main weekly hangout has been our Friday Night Hangs (FNH) at Centennial Park, averaging 80+ people each week (with a current record turnout of 160+ one awesome summer Friday night in 2024) playing a mix of grass volleyball, soccer, ultimate, flag football, spikeball, and more, while many other that join us just hang out and talk with new friends. Whenever weather doesn't allow us to be outdoors we'll just pivot to doing something fun inside instead, which means that every Friday evening you can plan on us doing something and know that you always have an open invitation to join us

The group quickly grew over that first spring and summer in 2023, and in June 2024 with hundreds of members from all over town we decided to branch off from Zeal Church and rebrand as Nashville Connect 20s and 30s to continue growing and reaching an even wider audience. At that time we launched our social media and began growing our following there too

As of November 2024 we had over 1300 members in our GroupMe chat and over 1400 social media followers, and these numbers continue to grow steadily as we host different events and begin to partner with different groups and brands around town

As of May 2025 we had over 2100 GroupMe members, nearly 1900 Instagram followers, over 6600 Meetup members, and we're still growing quickly!

As of June 2025 we have almost 2400 GroupMe members, over 2100 Instagram followers, over 6700 Meetup members, and on June 1st we officially launched our website!

We've started hosting ticketed events under our new NC Singles, NC Sports, and NC Socials categories to give our members even more fun opportunities to connect with others throughout the month.

Our NC Singles events are specifically geared towards Christian singles in the respective age range for each event, while our NC Sports and NC Socials events are open to all members within the respective age ranges for each event

Ben Rastelli

Founder of City CNCT

"I felt a need for a group like this for some time, but after a lot of searching around and waiting for someone else to create it I realized I had this passion and opportunity for a reason.

So I started up the group, which started off slow, but as we stayed consistent and word of mouth started getting around town we started growing exponentially, which just goes to show that so many people are hungry for the exact same thing: fun, safe, in-person events that promote genuine, lasting connections."
