Refund Policy

A. Payments
City Connect LLC offers both free and paid events. When registering for a paid event, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

All payments must be made in advance through approved channels unless otherwise stated.

Payment processing is handled by third-party vendors (e.g., Wix Payments) and subject to their terms of service and privacy policies.

Pricing is listed in U.S. dollars and may include applicable taxes and fees.
B. Refund and Credits
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except in limited circumstances as outlined below:

Event Cancellations: If City Connect cancels an event for any reason (e.g., venue closure, staff illness, low registration), you will receive either a full refund to your original payment method or a credit for a future event of equal value of your choice.

Event Rescheduling: If an event is postponed, you will be notified with the new date and given the option to retain your reservation for the rescheduled event or request a credit or refund, depending on timing and circumstance of request.

Transfer of Registration: You may request to transfer your registration to another individual or a future event, subject to approval and availability.

Alcohol-Restricted or Age-Restricted Events: If you are denied entry due to failure to present valid ID or not meeting age requirements, you are not entitled to a refund. It is your responsibility to verify eligibility prior to registration.
C. Discretionary Exceptions
City Connect reserves the right, but is not obligated, to make discretionary exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, which shall not constitute a waiver of the policy for future instances.
D. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute may result in a ban from future events and legal action for recovery of funds. If you have an issue with a payment, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute through your bank or card issuer.
E. Disclaimer & Policy Updates
City Connect LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website or distribution through official communication channels.
By continuing to use our Services—including registering for or attending events—after any such updates, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these policies. It is your responsibility to review these documents periodically for changes.
If you do not agree with any modifications, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of our Services.
